I'm David Sanchez, a Long Beach real estate agent, full-time REALTOR®, and founder of the Living CA Realty Team, brokered by eXp Realty. Growing up, I moved around a lot, and what that taught me more than anything is that home isn't just a place, it's everything. It's where you put your roots down and build your life. That's what led me to real estate, and after getting my license in 2017, I can honestly say I found my calling. I'm a Long Beach native and CSULB graduate who has lived in more neighborhoods here than I can count, from the laid-back beach vibe to the art scene to the yacht club. But my roots run up and down the Southern California coast, from Santa Barbara and Ventura all the way through LA, Orange County, and into the Oceanside area. The coast is my happy place, and I bring that local knowledge to every client I work with, no matter where they're looking. I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, and sellers with condos and homes throughout Long Beach and the surrounding communities. I also host free bi-weekly homebuyer and seller seminars so people can learn the process in a clear and simple way before they make a move. I'm patient, never pushy, and I'll never steer you toward something that isn't right for you. Whether you buy with me or not, I'm always a resource, a month after closing or ten years later. But what really drives me is community. I've been bringing people together my whole life, from soccer leagues and run clubs to hiking groups, and now golf, paddleboarding, beach cleanups, and countless social events.
