David Sanchez is a REALTOR® and Community Ambassador with Living CA Realty, brokered by eXp Realty. A Long Beach native, he spent 18 years in luxury retail at Nordstrom, from the coffee shop to Regional Manager, before becoming a real estate agent in 2017. He is the founder of Living CA Realty, a community first real estate team focusing on Long Beach, Los Angeles, and Orange County.
He helps first-time homebuyers, downsizers, and sellers, with a focus on single-family homes, Downtown Long Beach luxury condos, condos and HOAs, and probate and trust sales. Outside of real estate, he brings neighbors together through community events across Long Beach, Los Angeles, and Orange County.
