As the founder of Living CA Realty with 8+ years in real estate and deep roots in the community, I pair local insight with straightforward strategy so you feel confident at every step.

I’m known for negotiating strong terms, staying proactive on communication, and finding creative solutions in competitive markets. I host biweekly First Time Home Buyer and Seller seminars because an informed client makes better decisions and enjoys the journey more. I’ve guided clients through smooth local moves and fully remote sales where my team handles everything from prep and staging to keys for the new owner.

When I’m not touring homes, you’ll find me out in the community, organizing paddleboard events, casual golf meetups, and neighborhood gatherings that connect great people. I’m proud to be based in Long Beach and to serve clients throughout LA and OC.
